Instructional Slides - Introductory Level

These slides could aid in presenting an overview of engineering design for class instruction on the subject. The material targets an introductory college level, though portions might also be useful at lower or higher educational levels.

The slides correspond to an e-Textbook, Introduction to Engineering Design: A Conceptual Overview (2017), by Kenneth Alfano (available at bn.com)

The slides are downloadable here and are made available for use and adaptation subject to the conditions and disclaimers described in the first slide. Also note that the files might get revised, removed, or otherwise changed at any time. Version differences over time may or may not correspond to any potential new versions of the noted textbook. Slides for Chapters 6 & 7 are under development.
